View Full Version : Swimming and hand bueys

SO I started a new swimming routine on my off days. I will swim some laps but i figure because I walk around ALL day that I need to find something to compensate my upper body. It has been working extremely well for me.

I will swim x amount of laps for cardio. than I will grab a set of hand bueys and do different upper body movements to complete laps using the water resistance for an aerobic workout. Vascularity has been getting crazy from this and muscles seem to be carving up quite nicely.

target areas:
Upper back, Shoulders, Chest, arms, and some abs

Swimming is great if summer would ever fu*ken get here I will go to the lake and make a day out of it. My gym is strictly weights.
