1.5 scoops of whey protein 225 cals
1 cup milk 120 cals
1 cup orange juice 100 cals

Mid morning meal

2 slices sour dough bread 220
1.5 cup or fruit juice (natural) 175 cals

in between ill have 1 cup fruit juice = 125 (sometimes 2)

1.25 cups oatmeal 400
Naturally more penutbutter 2 tbs 140
1.5 cup sugar free syrup (oatmeal flavoring) 60cals

Afternoon meal
1.5 cups oats 450cals
1.5 scoops protein 200 cals

Now if its a workout day I will have a post workout drink which would be

so on my off days i eat roughly 4370 cals a day, and on my workout days i eat roughly 4970 cals a day:eek:
