I hate drinking

Didn't even drink all that much last night but damn no power at all.
Went to the gym and ****, couldn't do a fraction of my normal!

I went out wed night figured I would go all out because once what Im doing starts to kick in i won't drink for at least 7 weeks and wow I was hung over for 2 days I hate drinking to it just so puts you back on everything lifting your diet your attitude Im done with that crap

Had about 8 bud lights last nite. Got to the gym at 10:30 left at noon had a great workout shoulders and arms couldnt lift a gallon of water when i left there today.

I hear yeah. I have cut back alot myself here lately hell for awhile i would drink a 12 back ed for awhile there. Just knida got bored with it. Do most of mine on bad work days and the weekends now.

I used to drink a litre or more of hard liquor a night, 3-4 packs of smokes a day and ate nothing but crap!
