So im thinking I may give this a try, so i can go on a cutter with minimal loss.
IIGHT check it out.

starting saturday or sunday im going to kick myself into ketosis, with my diet, 70%fat 25% Protein and 5% carbs. I am going to do this untill a carb up period starting next friday which I will shoot for 60% carbs 25 % Protein and 25% fats.
this will make insulin sensitivity increase drastically hence all the loss will be gained back on the weekend + some.

hows this sound?
