Enhance Genetics is pleased to announce we are having a contest. The contest is simple, the person who makes the best, most informative post from now until the end of the month will get a $50 credit from the good folks at http://www.innovative-research.net
I will not be allowed into this contest, I however do believe our mods should be allowed, for all the hard work they do here and the great posts they make.
Once the time is over we will let the members and ourselves pick posts they feel were worthy. You can even nominate your own. Up to 2 posts per member can be nominated.
Once the first round of nominations are done we will make a poll to vote for your favorite post, the winner gets the prize!
I will also throw into the pot another $25 certificate to a supplement store 'online' for the individual who refers the most people to EG from now until the end of the month.

Well I'm not going to give myself the prize, I'm not 100% sure what I'll do but more than likely carry it over for another time or something.

That guys a jackass it does not make to much since it shows he does not eat protein he is a stick which probaly works well for what he does but what 20year old is he comparing himself to a 20 year old bodybuilder who eats protein of course he could over endurance a bodybuilder its obvious he trains for endurance lets see how he builds solid muscle without protein I would love to see a 12wk program on him lifting heavy weights and see what kind of results he would have without protein. I guess we as bodybuilder would not make a good audience for him because it just does not work for us like that. I can't have a gruling workout and go eat seed weed and expect to put on good solid muscle theres just NO WAY.With out getting in protein its like working 40hrs and not getting you check whats the use.

Actually I nominate this one becasue it explains more or less different diets are for different training. You cant eat like a swimmer and look like roney coleman It just wont happen:cool:. Nice post gator.

hmmm I don't know if they have an expiration. Could always email the place to find out, I can try to check but I don't remember :o
