hell im not really counting right now, as long as i get over 4k/day relatively clean, im happy. once i regain some strength from my last cut, ill get real strict with my bulking diet.

I need to get my diet under check myself, I've let it slide badly.

I still eat for the most part pretty clean, but I don't have any clue on my daily calorie intake, protein, etc. I just eat when I feel I need it.

Go here it will help you count your calories www.fitday.com. They have everything from an apple to a big mac on there.

Tuna melts are pretty good in the morning I use this carb free bread with plenty of water you can get anything down the hatch. I could see a tuna omelette being ok Im sure if it was not made right it would be puke city my stomach is already kinda in a knot first thing in the morning as is. I just got myself a brand new pair of adidas running shoes and wow what a difference compared to my 2 year old cross trainers no excuse for me anymore:rolleyes:

Yeah if you don't drain the juice it can be nasty. But I will use some salsa in it, even cottage cheese instead of normal and it actually is not all that bad.

Breakfast is my biggest meal of the day...and it is also post work out (at the gym at 5am..that's right 5am) ..so i gotta get in some good protein and carbs..i am still a fat boy at heart...like to eat:D

I know. I've read that all over the place. All I know is what has worked for me in the past. I lost about 40+ lbs with 2-3 meals a day, no breakfast, and about 1000-1200 calories/day.

Just because something works does not equate to it being good or the best for you ;)

I lost weight with 400 calories a day, does not = it being the right method.

Spaced throughout the day you can eat more, raise your metabolism and spare your muscle while burning fat.

I just have to eat super clean. Hell for dinner we eat high protein, low carb wholewheat pasta with no garlic bread or nothing and I still gain weight!
