I believe many of the current prosteroids/designers will.

As far as 'safe' I've heard they are actually worse for you than the real deal in many cases.

yessir, apparently june 24th is just the cut off date for appealing or some shit. not 100% sure how it works, but the actual ban isnt in effect yet. nor has it been passed
