Hey, my right lat is fairly bigger than my left. I try to even them but by making sure both lats do the same work but not luck.
How can I make my left match the right? :ahhh:

could be just genetics, i have uneven traps... were not perfectly symetrical as we often have dominance on one side or the other. try lots of wide pullups, as these are harder to cheat with the dominant muscle groups.

Try doing db pulls start middle heavy to very heavy.
Put the db on the ground and pull it like your starting your lawn mower old push kind not riding mover:p. I go up to 130s now and can feel the pull on my lats alot. Try and get a good stretch and good pull make sure your elbow goes above your back. By the way you need to be leaning in a downward motion. Hope this help a bit

I just started doing everything with my left side when i noticed i am uneven. I try to become left handed now.
Oh and ALWAYS START WITH YOUR WEAKER SIDE! it doesnt pay to crank out 10 perfect reps with one side than 9 and a slop with the other side. I always hit my weakest side first i.e. left arm curls than right, once the left gives out i stop all togather. JMO

I think my whole left side is uneven to be honest. Left bicep, leg, chest, tricep, lat, trap the lot.

hhaha this is natural. one side ahs dominance over the otehr so you use one side more. it is also genetic. I am a bit unsimetrical

Or you're like me and most of my left side is weaker, but my traps are bigger on my left than my right by far!
