Anyone so strict on your diets that you actually weight each and every portion before eating/cooking?

heh, I think the only time i would weight my food is f I was preparign for a contest.

all my food i eat is generally microwavble chickenbreast accept for dinner. (bad i know because of sodium)

only time i weigh food is chinese takeout. good thing they dont charge by the ounce.

i use too weigh everything out. Now im pretty good at guessing proper portions.

I don;t really weight out my food but i will measure out a serving size if its 1/2 cup per serving I will measure out and add that up

yes i do.it should be done during cutting aand bulking,how do you know if your getting MORE protien???and enough calories??1 eat 13ozs of chicken 3 times a day.6 isnt enough for me to gain high amounts of muscle mass.think of it as a aas cycle on dosage protacall.you half to find your #'s.

I really should get back to being more strict on my diet. I am not 'bad' like a normal American :p but I sure have slacked.

Maybe weighing and keeping track again is just what I need to do.

you should,my mastake in the past was i thought i was getting enough protein then i strated weighing my food and found out i was under eating!!have you heard of some one getting bigger by eating less?prob not so i weigh me foods brotha.
