What is your current post workout shake?
I do 90 grams of gatoraid powder and 60 grams of whey protein
Lately it's simply been protein 'usually whey' mixed with skim milk.

I don't have the time or the cash flow for extravagant protein shakes these days!
Plus protein prices have gone sky high!

in a way iam sponsered i get my protein dirt cheap,i have a friend who owns a suppliment store by me.i get the big truemass bottles for 30 bucks each.they last me about 7-8 days.
Damn you go through a lot of protein!
I haven't been drinking as much protein myself lately, this damn tooth kills me for some reason when I drink my shakes.
Still usually get my PWO one down, or something high protein if I don't drink a shake.

How long before you work out do you have this shake? Does everyone have a shake before a workout?

I will always take a shake before I leave the gym post workout. Usually 50 grams of protien, then I will have a more balanced meal in about 45 minutes post workout.
Reference preworkout, I usaully have a shake about 2-3 hours before I workout.

similiar to what I do...take syntha 6 with banana on way to gym then again immediately after workout. Then will eat a big meal about 45-60 minutes after that...I eat every 2.5 hours
