Looking for a arm workout. Can be either Bi's only, or Bi's and Tri's.

Have no problem with my routine working some back motions into the workout as well.

Looking to add some SIZE to my arms.

Tris= Dips (weighted, hits chest as well), close grip flat or declined bench press(hits chest as well), any single or double arm pushdown (switch grips and reverse grips)>great for mass! Single/ double arm extensions. Skull crushers. Pullovers (hits lats as well)

Bis= Close/hammer grip chins (hits back as well) Streight barbell curls> these 3 are best for mass IMHO various grip DB curls, preacher curls (careful for tendons!)

I do ALL of these but I mix them up. Always do a compund befor single. for say on arm day I will hit tris first than bis

Tris= Weighted dips 4 sets pyrmiding from 15-10/ Pushdown reverse grip 4 sets 15-10 pyrmid and than single arm extensions 4 sets 15-10

Bis = Streight Bar 3 sets Pyrmid 15-10 cable preacher (easy bar) 3 sets 15-10 pyrmid, Hammer grip DB curls 3 sets 15-10.

next week replace all these workouts with a different one.

oh yeah and I always do more sets with Triceps than biceps because triceps make up more of your arm. If you are doing heavier weight and less reps cut the amount of sets per group!

I do love my close grips pulls ups weighted, I used to superset close grip presses with curls..

Hmmm thanks for the input, I think today I might try something a tad different. Not going as long as I normally do, but simply hitting them heavy.

Not sure about adding the tri's in on my Saturday workout, unsure if my tri's were recovered enough for Chest.

Might try it one more week and see.
