I havent nor am I sure I even want to try this, but when I was running off 3 hours of sleep and upset about stuff I came up with this
day one
Morning Legs
Evening Arms
day two off
Day three
Morning Back
Evening Chest
day four off
repeat.
any thoughts?
I wouldn't see why it would not work myself. I used to hit 2x a day somewhat similar and more often a week with great results ;)
When you hitting shoulders?

Its a split routine, alot of guys do it. You either have to be rich or unemployed i think to do it. what I mean by that is proper rest between W/O's is key otherwise you can run yourself into the ground real fast. The other important thing is that you have to make sure you work body parts the have no effect on each other ie; (legs, chest) (calves, triceps) whatever you have to do to avoid double work on the same body part

I'm not either, but it sounds like my position. I can get all the rest I need!

Sometimes I am lucky if I can workout twice in a week, never mind in a day:mad:
I need to find a new way to make a living!
Yeah well if the economy keeps going down the shitter I might need to get a real job!
Gas prices are hurting everything.

Im the same way. I got a new job a few months ago and Im driving 100miles ED round trip thru Seattle traffic which is one of the worse it takes me 2 hours to get home so when I get home the gym is the last thing on my mind + gas is really killing my pocket book

Yeah, Its kind of sick that they could do this with gas prices. Hey I have an idea! for the millions we spend in IRAQ why dont we issue new gas freindly engines for everyone

Well what about, if say i worked out this morning, and went to sleep for a few hours. would it be legit to go back? I had a shitty workout this morning and its really bothering me
Personally I say listen to your body ;) If your body feels like you can have at it, have at it!

I respect nature and all, but I am not aposed to using our own oil to saveour economy as a temporary means until we find a more enviormental friendly energy. Untill than why not eh?

Untill than why not eh?Nobody wants dirty air or water esp me. BUT....todays technology is vastly superior over just 30 years ago. The enviromental terrorist know this. Anwar can be drill in the area of a football field and where they want to drill is in the very northern frozen part NOT in the southern part where they show the green grass with bambi drinking from a stream. Thats why discussion about politics is important! Liberal socialist count on your ignorance to get away with the big global warming scare and being dependant of foreign oil. WE DONT HAVE TO BE! and they know it.

getting back to workout routines......its hard to tell when you are overtraining until either injury rears its ugly head or you go into the gym and suddenly you have to drop 50 pounds off your bench just to keep it off your throat. ITS EASY TO DO ESP WHILE ON
