Standard PCT

Now this is a starndard pct lay out that most of the people i know follow. I myself have to do things a little different because it takes me longer to recover.

Standard PCT Layout

clomid step down

300 mgs first day of pct
100 mgs ed for the next 6 days
50 mgs ed for the next 7 days

Hcg 1500-2500 ius on 1st day of pct
Hcg 1500-2500 ius on 5th day of pct

Nolva 20 mgs through end of pct ( I take this from 2nd week of cycle till end of my pct)

Now like i said this is a standard pct for AAS not everyone needs hcg depends on the AAS used and length of time on. I myself have to take it or my boys wont kick back into gear. I will post when to start your PCT when i have a little more time.

Even in shorter cycles you may need hcg. Dependy on the compounds and mgs used will determine that and how your body responds to them and recovers.

I agree, it's all about dosage and how long you're on it(HCG). Too much and you can actually then have a problem with suppression recovery from the HCG itself.

i prefer to run a low dose of hcg through the cycle.
i use to run the 300/100/50 protocol with the clomid.. the 300mg day was a bitch.
these days i use 100mg clomid and 20mg nolvadex for 30 days. tad longer if necessary.
run .25mg adex through my cycles as well and usually just couninue that right on through pct as well

I'm an arimidex fan myself. I run it through the cycle and switch to Aromasin for PCT. I believe they're both a better way to go than Nolva/Clomid and I believe the science supports it as well.

I have switched to adex during cycle as well now instead of the nolva

ha, my pct protocol as of late is 75mg prop eod. lol i have about a liter of it made up, so i might as well put it to good use.
