View Full Version : Sweet Potato
Is supposed to be one of the, if not the best veggie out there.
Anyone else eat them? I never used to, I thought I hated them. Then we decided to try them, simply usually microwaving them. I eat them plain and damn they are good.
Even make fries out of them once in awhile.

i did with my oatmeal, I have 1 1/2 cup of oats, about 1 cup of milk 35 gs of banana whey protein, and 2 tbsp of naturally more penut butter. DIZAMN THATS GOOD!
I used to mix oatmeal with a vanilla protein powder i had. Normally I do not like vanilla but it was good, plus it made it rich and creamy ;)

how long do you nuke them for?
Depends on the size of the potato, fork them first, but an average to smaller one I'd say about 3 minutes. It sometimes helps to flip the potato 1/2 way through.
