I suffer no matter what kind of creatine I take from massive bloat.

Any recommendations of a product that gives a little less of the bloat? I am sick of gaining so much water weight right in my mid section!

Damn I get it like nuts, my brand I usually take it Dymatize Xpand I top it off with different forms of creatine to get a proper dose for my size. No matter the brand though, I have gotten bloat.

hmm, all i can recomend is drinking alot more water and cutting back on the sodium.

cutting back on the sodium.
I don't use a lot of salt or anything in the first place, I however do not watch it either. Maybe I'll have to give that a go and check my food out for sodium content for even a few weeks and see what happens.

Any recommendation for max sodium a day?

First time i ever used creatin i diddnt read the direction right and took the whole loading phase at one time. Something like 5 scoops at 1 time in a glass of water. 45 minutes later and i was crapin' gushers like hydrant. Did that every 20 minutes for 3 hours. Got no idea where it all came from but it sure cleaned the guts out. Guess thats one way to eliminate the bloat.........and everything else for that matter. Advice for those crazy enough to try this: DO NOT FART UNLESS YOU ARE ON THE TOILET!!! :D

I am sick of gaining so much water weight right in my mid section! If I'm on cycle I use no creatine at all since I'm holding some water already. Off cycle, I don't notice any bloat except when I have eaten something real salty. I don't use alot of salt to begin with but I would also like to know what optimum salt intake would be also.

hmmm perhaps I should kick the creatine out when on over the counter supps such as epidrol and stuff?

Yep ;)

I'm just debating my next supp purchases. I've got like 3-4 different places I'm going to buy from, hate buying from so many, wish I could get all in one.

I never used beta alanine myself, think it might be in a product mix I've used before, but never by itself.

Try Controlled Labs Green Magnitude. I hardly got bloating from it, but I did get some. Probably half of what mono does. :dsmoke:

I don't get near the bloat from my creatine mix as mono, just wish I could get a product that gave me near no bloat.
