monday bench and tris-4-5 sets decline start with 225 and move up to 275 once and a while we will max.
incline dumbell-3-4 sets with 100lb bells
butter flys-4 sets with 40-45lbs
cables-4 sets 70-80 lbs

tris-dips 4 sets of 20 first 2 weighted with 45
push downs(forward and revers)over/under 4 sets each- 110-120
nose busters or close grip bench-3-4 sets light weight 25lbs nose busters/135 close bench

tues-back and bi's-4 sets 15 pull ups
4 sets on lat machine with 90lbs on each side
4 sets seated rows 120lbs

isolated straight bar 4 sets with 135-155lbs
4 sets negative preacher-100lbs
burnout 3 sets of 21's on straight bar with 65'lbs

If i may with out offending you can i offer you a new work out routine based on yours that will be way less harsh on you?

and keep this in mind... ive got my own gym and im here for pretty much 15hrs a day monday through saturday.... i dont mind 2 a days... give me somethin thats gonna bust my ass foreal... im realy wantin to put on the mass before i start leaing down in late feb or early march!!! thanks bro!!!

dang it... i know theres some other good educated beasts that can hook it up!!! and im using some "special" protien powders so i can handle a little extra!!!!

Yeah I do my tri's separately as well.

After my chest workout, there's no way I could do tris;)
