Dude, split it up into 4-6 smaller meals bro! the less you eat (time wise) the more fat your body stores!
whats your macs lookin like (macronutrients)?

you will get much more metobolic stimulation from eating smaller portions more frequently throughout the day. i weigh about 225lbs im 5'11" and right at 12.5% bf. i cut on 3000-3200 calories a day. with no cardio. when i go on extreme bf cut i throw in cardio and up caloric intake to 3500 cals. i eat 2g's of protien per lb of body weight

sorry dude i dont know what imo stands for. yeah its a little heavy but the past few weeks ive cut some fat and havent been hitting the gym so i guess im doing alright. I can eat good during the day but when my wife cooks some pork chops taters and shells and cheese i cant help my self. chops are on the grill not fried if that helps my case.

i never believed in the before bed food intake theory. i have no probs eating a 700cal meal before bed, even low gi carbs like oats, whole wheat bread etc.

700 calories isn't that horrible, what he laid out looks like it could be possibly 1,000 or more.

Plus every person is different ;)
