On leg day or back day.
I need to know the answers hahaha

I do them only on leg day, because on back day I already do 2 mass body movements, a variation of a bent over row and a variation of pullups

on leg days i either do some variation squats and a singleleg leg press or some variation deadlifts

Leg day, as my lower back gets worked on on leg day anyways ;)

i do them on back days. i dont like doing squats and deads on the same day.

i dont do them in the same day
i alternate weeks
i dont like doing conscutive days withbig leg movements either because than i feel real lethargic all week

squats and deads are my fav lifts, i dont think i could rotate between weeks. hack squats and front squats are my 2 other favs.

I love my legs, But I find by not doing the same lift every week it is sooo much more fresh for me!

theres alot of variations of compund lifts you can do for legs. hack squat, sumo squat, closies, standard squat, etc... then you got different variations of deads. i try to rotate between different variations each week, keeps me growing.

I know that one all to well.
Even now I have to be so damn careful 'not sure if it's mental or what'

Main reason I'm loving rack pulls, nowhere near the strain on the low back as deads have.

Basically a dead lift but the bar is up off the ground, normally just below knee level.

Held on the 'rack' bars ;)
