This is the age old question Im sure, But how many times do you all work out a muscle group per week
or how many days a week do you work out?

I currently hit each group once a week. Not sure if i should be hitting them twice.

When i do hit them I hit them hard.
Also does anyone do double days?
I do not but i am curious to hear about how it works out for you.

I try to hit them only once a week, but of course some will get some carry over such as tri's on shoulder day, bi's on back day etc.

Chest I do however work one day extremely hard, and another day emphasizing more on the tri's

All and all I work out 6 days a week on average.

As far as double days, I used to do that all the time. Well at least 2x a week I'd hit the gym for a separate session at night, it worked great.

I fear old age however has crept up on me! :D

I hit all once a week but try my legs twice a week and will do biceps twice a week if i can. I work out 5 days a week and do cardio 4 times mostly

I hit cardio once in a while. I walk around sooo much through out the day that its unreal how many cals i burn! I would need to eat sooo much more. I think iw ll add cardio more on weekend post workout

twice a week except for shoulders.they get worked alot on deads,bench ect...and when i do shoulders they get gaint setted.with 20sec breaks in between sets,going for the burn and cuts with very heavy weights.
