Today I hit a few, went up one rep on close grip presses.

335 x 4

HOLY GOD MAN!!! whats your stats like?

currently I am 184.4 @ 5'7" and My personal best on weighted dips today as BW+135x6

And my personal beast stiffleg deadlift was yesterday at 335x2

Normal Dead was about a couple months ago and it was 455

those are my best lifts i will talk about

Great weighted dips.

My dead lifts suck, taken my lower back out so many times. Once it goes it's never the same. If I need to I can dead lift about 600 or so with straps, for my weight though it aint nothing special.

I honestly am not 100% sure, the method at my gym is the stupid electronic hand held system. That thing is so far off it's not even funny. Usually it gets me in at about 18-19% I however do not buy it one bit, nor do those at the gym who I have talked to about it including the trainers. I am not a skinny minny, I do however have vascularity in my arms, legs, hell even my lats. My top abs do show, my ribs even pop out a bit.

What I do however have is loose skin left over from my last lapse. I'm one of those who has gone a few rounds of getting in shape, then getting out of shape and losing it badly. Last time about 2 years ago I was up to 280's or more of fat. I went down to 220's in no time flat and have built myself back up to 260's ;)

One of these days I'll need a real world test. Last one I had was when I originally cut down, I 'think' the lowest I got was in the 8's. how accurate that was though i am not 100% positive.

If I had to guess I'd say I'm in the 12-15's

well with loose skin its hard to tell on any method using calopers or electric skinfold tests etc.

bent over standing (no bench) row for lats, 120lbs for 8 reps. last time i only did 105 for 8!

Also Tbar row 5x45 plates for 5 reps. Last time it was for and a 35 for 5

Not a personal best as far as reps, but how easy it was.

315 x 8 warm up flat bench. The weight went up so easy I could have easily gotten another 2-4 reps w/o much strain.

Nope. Wasn't even supposed to be chest day, normally I warm up with 335-340 on chest day.

Was supposed to be a bi/back day, but since my left bi is a bit sore and my back a bit tweaked, plus the teeny boppers I decided to work a light chest routine in as well.

I haven't hit 315 off the bat in some time, was just feeling so light compared to what I remember using it as my warm up weight, which rocked!

What I lift isn't all that great when you think about my size. Imagine if you had another almost 100 pounds on your body ;)

true. haha im just used to being 185 and only being able to rep 275 as workign weight :(

behind the neck press 365 8 reps



now i lift with lighter weights when i can lift will start monday lifting again 3 months off

that way i have back, chest, abs, legs, arms, shoulders.

I repped 205 for 15 reps on the bench press. Not bad for my size i guess. I can rep my BW for about 22 or so reps

You do more on skulls than I think I can atm, so yeah not bad at all considering I outweigh you by like what? 80-90 pounds.

o i forgot, I seated military pressed 135 for 7 reps. i think my max with that weight was 5 reps last time. I havent done any real extensive shoulder movements since i damaged my tendon. but my tendon as back to normal now.

tricep pushdown, 145 for 4 reps PR
preachure curl 75 for 11 reps (pr)
85 for 10 reps( PR)

prechur curls hurt my wrists for what ever reason. gave me tenis elbo a few years ago...

Dumbell shoulderpressed the 80 lbs for 6 reps. (never went that high)

barbell shrugged 275 for 7 reps. 225 for 10 was my last time. i did 225 for 20 this time.

PR machine!

I got 605 x 3 on shrugs today, tore my new straps already!
Had to go to my heavy duty ones which are hard to hang on, tore a huge callous, bled a bit.

Went downstairs and asked the trainer for a scissors so I could cut the son of a bitch off and continue my workout. Skin kept tucking back in under where it ripped! :mad:

well today I did an easy 405 box squat! the box i use goes slightly below paralelle so it was a legit 405. I probably coulda done an extra rep but didnt want to over do it befor legpresses.

digging this new routine i sarted last week. I just pulled up BW(191) + 70lbs attached to belt for 5 reps. PR also did my first underhand rows with no problems.

Had some PR's on shrugs today, went to do 675 and my damn straps literally cut into my fng wrists! I was only able to get one rep out before I had to put the weight down from the slicing.

I can see bruise marks all around my wrists, swelling and abrasions with one nice gouge :D

Awesome! You do them raw or use any wrap or anything for your elbows?
I'm going to try them differently next time, 1/2 of the 'pain' is in the method I'm doing now, to rerack is agony. Changing it up to a new method I was watching should get rid of the pain I'm experiencing on them allowing me to go heavier for more reps.

My knee is catching up on them, legs are still my weak spot but hey I'll get there :D

I can't hit it like I once did, age is catching up to me as well :( You taking any supps for it? Before I started taking animal flex and cissus my joints were toast, now they are pretty damn good 'most of them, occasional Aleve for pain and I'm good to go.

IDK, Zercher squats, is there different forms of the squats?

Picking bar up resting on the inside of the elbows, bring hands up to chest to lock in, do squat motion bar touching legs.

i have them rested on my biceps and than hold it against my chest. i used a belt that was it. i wouldnt do them every week for the sake of my arms tho., defenatly liked them tho

standard zercher lift is picking up bar in crooks of elbows from resting on your thighs in a squat down position. then there is the zercher squat, and the zercher deadlift

Right on bro. I decided about two weeks ago Im done with bodybuilding I started MMA training. I have been so burned out on the same stuff not to mention my body just hurts. Im not going to stop going to the gym but Im done with bodybuilding for a while i will do my MMA and in the gym I am going to train for endurance and just maintain what I have gained thru out the years. Im sure I will get that urge back but until then this has been a great change for me I fill the motivation again thats such a good filling well brother keep hitting it hard for me

Its great bro. And Im surprised Im one out of shape mofo lifting weights does nothing for a guys conditioning and Im running 3.5 miles ED. Doing some of the moves for 2 min has me gasping for air Im going to totally change my routine around in the gym its all about being lean and having lots of mobility.

Swimming kicked my ass this week myself! Yeah showed me how out of shape I am when it comes to cardio!

I used to do weighted dips. I ams maxing out more now than I was a few months ago. The only training I need to do with a pack is "humping" (fast hike)
