today i tried a new leg workout routine,

SLDLs
Leg press
single leg bench squats
squat to row (cable single leg)
leg extensions
leg curls
calf raise (cable)

after i downed my pwo drink and almost tossed it alover myself!

i just cant wate untill i go to sleep tonite, than ill really feel it tomorrow.

(only got 4 hours today)

Yeah I just woke up and feeling my workout from yesterday. Actually sore, usually I'm not, slept worth crap though!

yeah my sleep was split up, slept for an hr, woke up, slept again for another hour and a half, woke up, and then went home and slept for an hour and a half. Im REAL tired.
had two 5-hour energy drinks at once!

it turned 2 hours of sleep into 10, but only for about 3 4 hours. than i got tired agian

I'll have to give them a shot. I got enough energy supps here, but my body is so accustomed to them they don't do near what they once did.

haha i took 2 at once tho. and witrh limited sleep. i have a jihad brew of amino acids and cafeine
