If you need a good sleep, this stuff will do it! its in expensive and otc. gets the job done quite well. SO if you are running anything which keeps you up or symply cannot sleep, try it. Remember you grow most when you sleep

I forgot what they are off hand. They did help a little, I just have insomnia at times where actual sleeping pills wont even cut it.

eh. i just took some on top of my lack of sleep. this stuff makes me dream more though
