Hey, Just curious,
But i want feed back on what everyone things of pyrmiding?
I just started again because i got the best growth that way.
Well see how it works out.
Never really used a strict method of it, used it sparingly in my workouts though with good results in the past.

well I have been doing 12-10-8-6 or 15-12-10-8 for larger groups and ususally 12-10-8 or 10-8-6 for smaller groups

same here but i do 20 15 12 10 8.pretty much we are pyramiding DOWN to 0.or some from 0 up to 20.

My trainer just mentioned something about pyramiding the other day, so I have just started looking into it.
I've been doing 8-8-8 with the heaviest weight possible. I'd use a weight were the last 8 was either impossible for me to finish, or at least something I would struggle through. When I got to the point where I could do the 8-8-8 then I'd up the weight for next time.
I like that method because it's quick and easy. So what's the advantage of doing 10-8-6 instead? Would it build my strength faster?

Umm... Just health and fitness, I guess.. I'm not ever planning on competing or anything.
I just wanna look good and be stronger than your average girl. ;)

Body building and strength training are totally different. But from what you want the pyramid system will work just fine. It will tone you up and you will gain strength, just not as fast as a strength trainer will.
