Banana Flax Pancakes

If you like to eat pancakes I strongly recomend Banana Flax pancakes. They are much healthier and full of fiber and omega 3 fatty acids. You can use sugar free syrup with them and they still taste delicious!

Got a recipe? My son loves pancakes, I would like him to eat something a bit healthier. Would be a great mix ;)

shoot, i just buh the box of the flax mix from kroger it has plenty of recepes, along with some olive oil and bananas, i follow the instructions on the box, and use a little olive oil to lubricate the gridle.
