View Full Version : Rack Pulls
Finally able to do Rack Pulls at my gym, never had equipment to do them on before. Man they are feeling great.
Can definitely tell they are hitting the back a bit better/different than deads and squats.
Did them again today and damn I am loving them!
I have to stack 2 45 lb plates per foot to stand on otherwise the 1/2 rack is way above knee level, a bit odd but gets the job done.

never tried rack pulls. are these like deadlifts but from the rack?
Yep, at least how I do them. Not sure if I'm doing them 100% like they are supposed to be done.
I can go much heavier without worrying about my lower back going out, I like :o
