Subway Primerib

Not sure how good the nutrient values are but damn they taste good. Had one today, first time I tried them.

The meat is very tender, tastes much like a prime rib sandwich from a steak house!

I didn't like Quiznos prime rib myself.
I'm sure subway is not 100% good for you, I only eat it like once a week. Better than Mcyd's and others.

Chicken is what I used to always get. Plain on wholewheat, no mayo, no cheese, no sauce.

Just veggies and lots of jalepeno's :p

I'll have to try one, I like Quizno's better myself. I'm cheap though, I usually figure out the ingredients and make it at home myself! Prime rib's so expensive, though, it'd probably be cheaper to go the Quizno's route.
